He was able to reinstall my previous lights and I was able to keep the replacement ones. I was also happy that the collision glass was able to fix up my broken window simultaneously. My car rear looks brand new and he was able to fix up the areas that I wasn't sure of. Ricardo did a great job as an adjuster and was able to get my truck back to it's best form prior to the incident. If ever another incident occurs or if a friend of mines were unfortunate to be involved in an incident, Id recommend this location. I also want to thank the service of getting a ride to and from enterprise car rental. This saved a lot of stress and I was able to drop off my rental and pick up my vehicle at a timely manner. I received the option of “or else someone can come in your place and sign paperwork”. But I had no one to do that as my whole family was out of town as well. So I had to make a trip back to get my car. Only to find out that another staff member was like “we don’t get cars here often to get worked on. We could use a lot more work” which is very odd? I couldn’t hold my car at the lot for only four more days?? The pick up piece has to be the worst part of it but as for the service they did an"
